Lisa's Special Salt

This is my go to seasoning that I use on everything!  It is fresh, savory and adds a layer of flavor to any dish.  My husband loves it on Salmon and I sprinkle it on Tofu or a big chopped salad with some fresh squeezed lemon juice for a simple meal.  

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1/8 tsp chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp lavender
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/4 tsp dill
  • 4 tbsp Celtic sea salt

Method:

  • Grind the herbs in a mortar and pestle then mix the salt in.  Sprinkle on fish, chicken, tofu, and vegetables and just about anything!  Can be stored in a glass jar for 6 months.
